Rice Law, PLLC is committed to protecting your privacy. The following guidelines explain what personal information we ask for and why, how we use and protect it, and how you can correct or change it. These guidelines apply to the current Rice Law Web pages, and may be modified as new features are added to the site.

What type of personal information is collected?

Rice Law only requests personal information that you provide when requesting an attorney to contact you or when subscribing to our legal newsletter. Information submitted to us via contact form is transmitted via email and is not encrypted. Information submitted via contact form will not be shared, exhanged, or sold to a third party.

How is your information protected?

Rice Law is committed to respecting your online privacy. We recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personal information that you choose to share with us via email. Personal information includes any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, your first and last name; email address; postal, home, or other physical address; phone number; and any other contact information. Rice Law does not sell or share the personal information of its clients and/or newsletter recipients with businesses, organizations, or individuals.

Personal information provided to Vertical Response is subject to their privacy policy. Vertical Response is a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and employs the DMA Safe Harbor program.
