Charles E. Rice, III has more than 35 years of legal experience representing clients in family law cases. Rice is a former Chief District Court Judge in Wilmington, North Carolina. As senior member of the firm, Rice has extensive experience with all aspects of family law including marital agreements, separation, divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, and equitable division.

Mark Spencer Williams is a nationwide* Education attorney and North Carolina Family and Real Property attorney. Nationwide colleges and universities have looked to Williams' expertise in education law. He has fourteen years experience helping colleges and universities administer billions in federal student aid throughout the nation. Williams is also the former Director of Financial Aid & Veterans Services at a prominent North Carolina university.
